The restaurant is situated at
the eastern extent of the St Andrews Quay development, on
the
South side of Clive Sullivan Way.
The restaurant is readily accessible to Hull City Center,
approximately one mile to the East and to the main Clive
Sullivan Way which forms part of the main A63. This is a
very convenient location compatible with the advantages of
a concentration of both leisure and commercial activities.
Our restaurant site forms part of
a developing Leisure / Commercial Park on the now filled
St Andrews Dock. The development includes Megabowl
Bowling, Deep-Pan Pizza
Restaurant and UCI Multiplex Cinema.
The Western side of the
site accommodates a McDonald ’s
Restaurant, a Filling Station ,Makro Wholesale Warehouse
and a Retail Warehouse Park (with large stores: Millers,
Comet, Carpet Wholesale, DIY, Home Power, Shoe City among
others). The area is still undergoing development but already
has a large
car park area and attractive landscaped river frontages. |
